The days are a dwindlin’. Tuesday, so be it. Off to Fire Station my boys. We got an inside tour of the Firehouse and their engines and before we had a chance to hop on they had to hop outta there ‘cuz they got a call. I’m serious! They got a call while we were in the station! So we detoured to a kickball match in the park. Fun game, good times. we then swim swammed in the pool as the day came to a close. Something tells me tomorrow is gonna be a full day….

Well, this is it. The FINAL week. (Waaaaaah, sniffle, sniffle L). So Monday it is, my friends. Also known as Judgment Day. As Judge Eli took his seat the proceedings began. First B.A. tried to get something past counselors B.D. and C.Y.M., but that didn’t fly. Next up was D.B. and his slurpee deal against counselor C.Y.M., but he found himself also on the wrong end of things. Not what he imagined. Later appearances included Y.C.K against the judge and his stories, M.M. and M.M. Inc. tried with Rabbi Isaac but got sent packing, Y.B. also tried his luck….hhhhhmmmmm….video evidence….quite tough. T.H. actualy got quite far! All in all, a great day in the Shmuntzes Court of Law!!! After lunch we traveled to the Simcha Monica Mountains to engage in a glorious hike of the ages!! Up and up we went, seeing the view and saying the pesukim we all knew by heart….Oh Bubby!! Hiking like never before!

Wednesday!! Soooooooo….Topsy Turvy Day! Wow, what a new look. M.M.H. as our wonderful Head Counselor, and D.S. and Y.A. and Y. filling in as counselors. Good Times! After learning about the ins and outs of k o s h e r we had the unique, once-in-a-summer opportunity to make our very own kosher ice cream!! I forgot all the ingredients we used but I remember shaking up that bag of ice, sheesh!! And then something that hasn't happened in a while ….swimming!! That was great! But next up was something unexpected as we made a stop at Ralphs. That’s right, kosher scavenger!! We checked out all these cool kosher symbols and things and added them to our growing list of the ones we had already seen. By the time it was over I was filled out from A to Z! Not bad!

Tuesday…Tisha B’Av. Camps runs on. And on and on and on, as we made our way to….Wait a minute! How did I miss story time with Reb Sholom!? After the story of Tisha B’Av and whatnot is when we went on and on and on, as we made our way to Kid Concepts!!! So I'm running up and I’m sliding down. I’m gathering the balls and watch as they fall. I’m in the tunnel and and …on the bus. Yeah I know we had to leave some time…right? Anywhoo, after lineup there was a special video presentation by the staff. It was for topsy turvy day!! And it looks like I’ll be staying me for now. I hope I enjoy, I know you will.

Yay!! A brand new week!! Here goes. Monday found us all gearing up in a scuba outfits and submarines and getting ready for a good time. Almost… we didn’t really get dressed up and go in a submarine but we did go to the Aquarium!! Now, I've never been anywhere quite like this, it was so cool. I even got to touch some jellyfish, and starfish. Oh yeah, how could I ever ever forget this!? I touched a HUGE stingray and a whole bunch of sharks. I’m serious. That was neat. But hey, there’s more. After the scuba-divers show in the ginormous fish tank, I entered the bird cage. Yup, I got to walk right in and feed them. The best was when one of them landed on my arm to get the food. Ha ha, isn’t that fun!? Well , that’s it for Monday
